The Plantation Grill

With marble finishes, a vaulted double-height ceiling, and big glass windows facing out to the sea, The Plantation Grill Seminyak is a throwback to the elegance of the Prohibition period of twenties-style opulence. Guests are welcomed at the venue through a stunning spiral staircase that goes down to luxury leather booths. The restaurant's specialty is dry aged, specifically sourced and imported meat, as well as line-caught sustainable seafood served on custom designed coal and wood grills and wood-fired ovens. In addition to the main restaurant area, customers may enjoy the Plantation main bar, which offers seats and a themed bar menu with delicacies such as steamed lobster roll, minute steak, hand cut fries, and wood grilled pasture fed burgers.

SLING BAR, located just atop the spiral staircase, is an intimate room with a vibe of The Great Gatsby meets Ernest Hemingway. Guests can sip prohibition-style cocktails until the wee hours of the morning. For that special occasion, Sling Bar also includes a secret door that leads into a cheeky hideaway boudoir.
