We’ve said it before but we’ll say it again: rooftop bars are hard to beat. What’s not to love about sitting high above Canggu’s iconic shortcut, sipping on something cold and taking in an epic view? You’re right, absolutely nothing. If zesty cocktails and a sharing platter in the sun sounds like your idea of a good time, then you’ll fit right in at Peachy Bali.
Hip, edgy and decked out with neon lights and 70s-inspired decor, Peachy isn’t just a good brunch spot, it’s where lunch morphs into afternoon tapas and kicks on with cocktails into the early hours. From the chilled retro vibes in the main dining room to the gram-worthy rooftop bar, if you like dreamy views, drinks that’ll have you ordering another on the first sip, and a unique menu packed with fresh flavours, consider this your new local waterhole.
But excellent vibes aside, the real reason you come to Peachy is for their irresistible Middle Eastern and Meditteranean plates. They’re made for sharing with a focus on sustainably-sourced local ingredients and feature high-end showstoppers like Wagyu beef, slipper lobster and smoked coral trout. Plus if you don’t feel like sharing, you’ll still find a few well-crafted dishes perfect for a solo feast. From veg-friendly favourites like flatbread and tabbouleh to mouth-watering ribeye and signature desserts, there’s no foodie who wouldn’t have a field day here.
But the fun doesn’t stop at the food. The cocktail menu here drips with funky concoctions, including a 'Disco Dragon' creation fitted with local rum, dragonfruit, soursop, lemon and pineapple jam – you’ll be hitting a few of these. Plus, with local beers on tap and an extensive wine cellar featuring drops from all around the world, there’s really nothing left to talk about (except that you need to get here, stat).
If, somehow, the creative cocktails and drool-worthy eats don't tick all your boxes, we’re pretty sure that the stunning rice paddy vistas will. With its open-air rooftop and sociable seating, there really is no other place like it in Canggu – especially at sunset. The only thing left to do is check it out and yes, you'll probably see us there when you do.
