Parachute brings to the table more incredible flavours with the arrival of Chef Aditya and Head Pastry Chef Ermi. Think Wagyu Beef Tartare served with lemon basil, tempe, and soy sauce; and Grilled Octopus served with black rice, chilli aioli, and chopped cashew; plus a powerful trio of pumpkin, jackfruit, and coconut yoghurt as dessert.
