Bikini was born from a desire to reimagine fine dining. To strip back the formality and the etiquette and inject it with energy, vibrancy and volume.

A collision of technique and flavour, their menu is a playful reinvention of degustation eating.

Designed to share, their menu is a roller coaster of flavours and texture. Inspired by the seasonal produce of the island, their inventive dishes are a celebration of contrast, artful plating and pocket rocket flavours.

Their menu takes diners on a journey from delicate bites and moreish mouthfuls to theatrical share plates, before finishing with decadent desserts. All complimented by inventive cocktails matches.

They aim to bring a fresh energy to the dinner table. An experience, where you can eat thoughtful, well constructed and progressive shared-plate food, that feels more like a dinner party with close friends than white tablecloths and polite conversation.

Much like their food, our space is a fusion of form, textures and colour. Cool and curvaceous, the playful art deco inspired design features an open air cocktail bar and impressive double height dining room with an expansive mural by Australian artist Ash Keating.

A celebration of serious food, in a not so serious way.
